Thank you for your interest in choosing the Pepperwood Grille to host your special event. Every effort will be made to ensure that your function meets your expectations. We take great pride in offering:

Whether you're having a business meeting, a rehearsal dinner, a shower, or just a family gathering, your needs will be met. Our banquet room comfortably seats 30-40 people in a private setting. We offer both sit-down and buffet style meals prepared with our finest ingredients.

Deposits
A non-refundable deposit payment of $100.00 is required to guarantee your booking. If the deposit is not received within 14 days of booking, the space reserved will be released for sale to others. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill. Payment is due in full on the day of the event.
Gratuity
A customary 18% gratuity for the wait staff will be charged to your bill.
Food and Beverage
No outside food or drinks may be brought into the Pepperwood Grille. The only exception is dessert. Cakes may be brought in, but will be charged a $0.75 per person fee.
All food left over from a buffet is the property of the Pepperwood Grille.
Final menu selections are due one week (7 days) prior to your schedule event.
All liquor consumed in the banquet room must be provided and controlled by the Pepperwood Grille. All bartenders at Pepperwood Grille will adhere to serving laws as set by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board.
Notice:
We do have another private area of the restaurant; any party fewer than 15 people may be seated in this area at the managers discretion.
